From One Family to Another
Mimi used to live a normal life with her dad. At least that's what she thought. Her father was a man of medicine, and to help people he would travel a lot and leave her alone with anything she would need, and when he would return, they would enjoy every moment together. It's not that her father was ever a bad dad, but unfortunately one's saint is another's beast.
She would learn the truth about her dad when Celica, Laden, Zulalu, Lisa, Omeille, H'elio, and Myriam came by her house to seek refuge from the rain. Kindhearted as she is, she let them in, and talked with them. But with that interaction, and previous experiences, the grown-ups would come to realize that her dad was one of the people responsible for Celica's experiments and resulting condition. While they managed to skate around the topic in front of the child, Mimi would soon find out the truth on her own, and ask them to help her confront her father. She would also learn of other bad stuff he did, and while the gravity of all never fully sunk in with her, she understood enough to know that he was never a good person after all, and that his love for her was just to not let her find out. She would disown him as a father, and depart with the others, finding a new family in the group.

Mimi is a child prodigy of geomancy. Although it can become highly influenced by her emotions, she demonstrates an incredible control of them even when in situations of extreme emotions, specially when using musical instuments like flutes and bells.
With proper training, she could have potential to become the greatest geomancer the world has ever seen, but there are not many teachers of the art. White mages can help train her for wind and earth, with a bit of water, while black mages can help her with fire, ice, and a touch of thunder. But DEFINITELY no asking for help from the elementals in the Black Shroud.
Childish Hurricane
She's a hurricane of sunshine and rainbows. Difficult to control, but excellent to lighten up the mood. Thankfully she also knows when it's best to not do it. She is also very whimsical, capricious and willful. When she joined the group, she immedieately zeroed in on Atlas and assigned him as her new "Dad" against his will.
